Adina Thorn is interviewed by Larry Williams in relation to a landmark leaky building claim between Auckland Council and Unitec and AUT campus apartment owners. Adina Thorn had successfully argued that the apartment owners were eligible for the Financial Assistance Package (FAP) after the Council had originally denied their eligibility on a technicality.
